Advice For Physicists In Pennsylvania. . .Don’t Try To Be An Engineer Or Government Will Prosecute You

Galileo practiced Engineering without a license so the Pope prosecuted him.

All 50 states and DC require engineers to be individually licensed before practicing or soliciting business.

Engineering without a license in Pennsylvania violates the law but you can be a Nuclear Physicist or a Nuclear Scientist without a license.  Even a full degree in Engineering from an accredited College or University does not qualify you to represent yourself by the title on your Degree in Engineering. It’s a violation of your Constitutional Rights but to vindicate yourself you will have to argue your case in front of a Judge who has a license to practice law in PA from the State Board of Licensing. Can you say “Deck Stacked”?
