which are: #1 far more fuel efficient than gasoline powered cars and #2 since Alaska is much colder than the lower 48 the diesel engines were even more efficient because cold air is denser which makes both gasoline and diesel engines even more efficient.
Tonight (October 13, 2026) in Wasilla, Alaska, President Trump introduced two diesel mechanics who were criminally charged during the Biden administration simply for fixing truck engines.
Zachary Czubak and Patrick Fleming are co-owners of a diesel repair shop in Anchorage.
In 2022, they were charged with conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act for removing incredibly inefficient federally-mandated air-pollution control equipment from trucks.
In an INCREDIBLE moment, President Trump on-stage in Alaska just PARDONED truckers who were wrongly charged for trying to fix truck engines — with the pardons brought to him by Natalie Harp
THE MAGIC OF TRUMP RALLIES!
“If you allow people to fix the engines, they take the environmental crap that makes it inefficient and expensive, undo that. When you undo that, you send fumes into the air, so we put them in jail?! Well, I heard about it…I’M GIVING EACH ONE AN UNCONDITIONAL PARDON.”
“That means you’re as CLEAN AS A NEWBORN BABY’S ASS! Why is that so clean?”
“I’m gonna sign this now.”
These are working men who just wanted trucks to run. The government treated them like criminals for touching engines!

The president defended the men, saying their work helped keep trucks operating in Alaska’s extreme cold and arguing that their Biden-era prosecutions were unfair.
According to the Biden Justice Department, Czubak and Fleming were among three co-owners of “Arm Rippin Toys” who admitted removing federally required emissions-control equipment and tampering with monitoring devices on at least 37 diesel vehicles between July 2019 and September 2020.
The shop collected approximately $100,000 for the modifications, federal prosecutors said at the time.
They were each staring down ten years in prison — until President Trump issued them a full, unconditional pardon right there onstage!…
Along with Czubak and Fleming, President Trump is pardoning the third co-owner of their company, Michael Hanzuk, who was not present at the Alaska rally.
