Harry Wales, “The Duke of Sussex” declared it was “good to be back on British soil” as he made his first public appearance since moving back to Britain. As compared to America’s committment to Individual Freedom, Harry preferred people who “turned their own experience into service for somebody else.”
Harry is a Socialist to the core and has litte to no experience being an individual or grasping the greatness of one. He’s in love with the monarchy which is what the Revolutionary War was fought to escape. It’s why Harry couldn’t live in America. Harry is a good enough guy and speaks his truth when he admits he’s happier in the Socialist/Monarchy of England instead of Capitalist America.
Freedom is impossible to Socialists who cannot grasp the ideas that founded America.
In addition the deep puddles and dun-coloured skies of England stand in stark (and soggy) contrast to the endless blues and beaches of Meghan’s social media output from Montecito, the affluent Central California coastal community which the Sussexes called home for six years. While England certainly has it’s charms overall it is far below America and our satisfaction with our freedoms. Everywhere people settle and live around the world is far less than America because of our grasp of Individual Rights and sub-servient government.
Harry is not an American type. England is a particular place because it is physically separated from Continental Europe as well as America. The island mentality leads to a particular mentation that is always defensive which is a pity. England is unique.. America is great. I’ve spent considerable time visiting and working in England as well in the 92 countries that I’ve been in. I could live in England but not for more than three or four months at a time. It’s far too confining. While England is a great and wonderful place it is far behind America even though it is perhaps in second place. The English certainly think more of Americans than the French who are completely insufferable about their distain for America but France has far more to offer Americans than England. Harry is happy to be home. We wish him well. Unfortunately he gave up on America.
