The thief, a black youngster got off without even a warning. Shiloh was charged $1,000 by the court and has received over $700,000.00 to date with more expected. So calling someone a ‘xxxxxx’ made her $699,000.00. Not bad but the court made a significant mistake here. Shiloh had a First Amendment Right to call the child whatever she decided to call him because in America individuals can speak freely unless they are thereby calling for or causing criminal behavior.
In addition, Shiloh’s image was shown around the world and it will no doubt land her a movie contract and other job offers.
