They look like regular glasses but they have a camera and microphone that tales your photo or video and records what’s going on around you. At least you can see when someone is holding a camara or cell phone in your face but you can’t see Smart Glasses that are photographing everything that’s going on, at least everything that’s in front of them. They are certanly an invasion of privacy forbidden by the State and Federal Constitutions but that hardly matters if you cannot see what’s going on. That raises sneaky to a whole ‘nother level.
