Photographs become invaluable over time as the people in them move into the eternal. We can witness some of the feelings of the times as people enjoy themselves because family photo’s are usually taken at births, baptism’s, Confirmations, marriages, family days at picnics and other gathering events. I can see my mother and father in their younger days full of promises and hopes. Myself as an infant, an adolscent, a teen, a groom, a father and finally a great grandfather. The feeling of being the same as the younger self is offset by the struggles of the aged body but the joy of living persists.
