I just ordered this set of Shun steak knives. I have far too many steak knives but knives are just a tool and I’m a tool guy. In fact, way back when people were called “Homo Habilis”, a species found at Olduvai Gorge in Tanzania which is Man the Toolmaker or Tool User. 
So.. I’ll let you know how much I love them after they arrive and I have a chance to use them and to compare them to the Senken “Tsunami”and Shun DM0711 steak knife.
