Depends what is meant by “Support”. If it means diplomatic relations with then of course. If it means sending money to the government of Israel, that’s a different matter. If it means supporting nations that support American values and Israel does that then yes. If it means sending physical things to Israel then it depends on what things. If it means sending American military to defend Israel in concert with other nations that support american values then no. America troops expecially are needed to defend America, not to defend other counties. If a state of war exists with friendly nations meaning nations friendly to America that are attacked by terrorists or military then the matter gets a bit cloudy because American troops must only be used to support and defend America, Americans, and the property of Americans.
