Virginia Giuffre, the woman who claims she had sex with the Duke of York at the age of 17, said she was paid $15,000 to do so, newly ­unsealed documents reveal. Giuffre made the allegation while being questioned under oath in 2016. She was asked if she had ­received any payment from Jeffrey ­Epstein for sleeping with Prince ­Andrew, who denies sleeping with her. “Yes,” she replied. “I did receive $15,000. I don’t know what equivalent that is to pounds. I received it in American dollars.” The claim appears in documents unsealed in New York on Tuesday. They are the final tranche to be released from Giuffre’s civil claim against Ghislaine Maxwell, Andrew’s friend and Epstein’s girlfriend. The court papers have put the duke under renewed scrutiny over his friendship with the paedophile financier. The duke strenuously denies any wrongdoing.

Did Prince Andrew pay up front in some way,… in any way to have sex with Virginia Guiffre? It’s almost impossible that Epstein paid Guiffre $15,000 but Prince Edward didn’t pay anything to Epstein for the sex. Maybe there was a payment in good and valuable considerations. No one is talking about what it cost Prince Edward. Neither is anyone else  talking about how they paid Epstein for sex. It’s a simple question… How much? In money… With Information about company stock trades.. With information about future events before they happened so money could be made by Epstein with the information.
