No doubt Siriani is not a great coach but neither is Hurts a great quaterback. Hurts is too slow on the draw. He utterly fails to see quick breaking opportunities so he has to run his way out of bad situations. After the devestating loss to the Buccaneers while a lot of the players ran onto the field and congratulated people, Hurts simply headed into the locker room. He’s definately not a people person and that’s a small insight into his inability to grasp fast moving plays. We wish him well, of course. He’s gotten to the top of the mountain but it’s too high for him at the moment… Perhaps it’s more than just the moment. Same for Nick Siriani who is a generally nice guy but after the complete collapse of a great team Jeff Lauri needs to step up.. think about the fans and do the right thing about getting a great coach. Oh.. The problem with some really great players like Fletcher, Jason and a few other’s who just played their last NFL game is they will be difficult to replace. We wish them well… We wish all of those involved really well but Philly deserves a great team. So here’s to the new Eagles.. Fly, Eagles, Fly!
