that Donald Trump does not have the Right To Free Speech that is/was in the First Amendment. It says that Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech but it didn’t say judges couldn’t do it. Of course a very stupid judge wouldn’t grasp the essence of the idea that there should be no way to tell people to shut-up unless their name is Donald Trump.. All this is satire to show how dangerous to freedom are people who don’t understand what ‘make no law’ really means. To a judge it means you aren’t allowed to do it. Unfortunately, a very stupid judge wouldn’t grasp the essence… oh well…
