He’s parading as an advocate of reason and as a spokesperson for Ayn Rand but he only worked in the finance industry for two years when he showed up at the Ayn Rand Institute. He has a rather innocent ability with politics, having spent his life except for two years in Academia which is almost the polar opposite of the commercial and the political world. If he had one tenth the world experience I have he would be far better off. Onkar Ghate has bachlor, masters and doctors degrees in philosophy so he feels entitled to claim he is a philosopher. He is just a student of philosophy and while anyone can claim to be a philosopher, a key attribute of a philosopher is proposing or discovering some elemental truth in philosophy. Ghate hasn’t yet done that. Unfortunately he has written about politics and incredibly he wrote: “On November 8, 2016 America took it’s first step toward dictatorship”…. That’s shear nonsense.
Unfortuantely Ghate has no idea what the idea of “Drain the Swamp” means as he has admitted. His idea of a political position is to condemn Donald Trump. Unfortunately, Ghate failed to assess the full picture. If he did he would condemn Hillary, not Trump. He would condemn Biden, not Trump and if Trump gets cheated out of the presidency again after he was cheated out of it by the Biden crowd, Ghate can take some of the blame. So can the people who support him. Ayn Rand must be rotating in her grave because her name is associated with Biden and Hillary. After all, that’s the default position of being against Trump.
