Because Bragg has done more than anyone else to get Trump back in the White House it makes imminent good sense to add him to the Trump 2024 campaign team. No one else had the foresight to use a grand jury as an excuse to get international coverage for Donald Trump at zero cost to the Trump campaign.
Unfortunately there are other requirements to join the Trump campaign that Bragg just does not have. Being a loser DA precludes Bragg from actually joining anything positive for Trump. Bragg probably has a better future in say Moscow or Beijing than in America after causing this entire expensive fiasco that had the complete opposite effect that he wanted. Very few people can claim to be as uselessly ineffective as Bragg is. OTOH Bragg is now a poster boy for a lot of useless things.
