America can jam signal intelligence so why isn’t the signal from the ballon being jammed, changed then reeeeee-sent back to China? America can send cartoon video’s on the same frequencies the ballon is using to give China something to laugh at. America can send back copies of The Ten Commandments, The American Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, a Declaration of Independendce for China or any number of documents, video’s and radio programs so it’s a unique opportunity to send information against Socialism and against Totalitarianism to the source of both.
