This is so simple it’s amazing no one has thought ot it. Putin likes a lot of things. Money, hunting, women… So give his a lot more of what he likes to leave Russia and re-locate to maybe the same neighborhood as Harry and Meghan. It got them out of England so maybe it will get Putin out of Russia. Once he’s out or Russia, Bingo.. Move Ukraine back into The Crimea. It’s theirs and they beong there… And Putin will love LA.
