America has been divided since our beginning. The Revolution happened with far more people in favor of remaining British but America started anyway. Slavery caused the Civil War, when Americans were divided over slavery but the division continues with “Those Yankees” being heard all over the South. So… Don’t get the idea that the division today has to be fixed or cured because America has been divided all along. Being opposed doesn’t mean you are wrong. It doesn’t mean you are right or correct either. Both sides can be wrong, Look at Ukraine where two corrupt regimes are in a hot war over the division.
