Well it looks like Bulgaria to me said president Joe Biden shown here at a Nov 15, 2022 meeting in Bali, Indonesia. 
Biden equates four walls with Bulgaria and by coincidence the meeting room in Bali had four. Biden withdrew to take a nap.
Here’s a strange announcement: President Joe Biden abruptly canceled a G20 meeting on Tuesday. Tuesday in Bali is Monday in America as Bali is West of the International date line and Bali is 13 hours ahead of America so the day begins in Bali while it’s still the day before in America.
