Critical Race Theory is based on the Marxist idea that there is no such thing as “Race”. Unfortunately the proponents of Critical Race Theory must use Race, the thing they claim doesn’t exist to explain their theory that some people are oppressed by …. Race!

The Core tenets of CRT

From the American Bar Association, From: Purdue University, and From: Brittanica

  • The belief that race is a culturally invented category used to oppress people of color. (See the many definitions of Race to prove the untruthfulness of this tenant.)

  • The law and legal institutions in the United States are inherently racist insofar as they function to create and maintain social, political, and economic inequalities between white and nonwhite people. (But the exact opposite, the equality clauses in the Constitutions, prove this tenant is un-tenantable.)

  • Rejection of popular understandings about racism, such as arguments that confine racism to a few “bad apples.” CRT recognizes that racism is codified in law, embedded in structures, and woven into public policy. CRT rejects claims of meritocracy or “colorblindness.” CRT recognizes that it is the systemic nature of racism that bears primary responsibility for reproducing racial inequality. (First, Race exists. Second, Racism is rejected in all of the Constitutions in America which supports Equality under the law for all. The law is indeed “Colorblind” and cannot be interpreted any other way.)

  • Recognition of the relevance of people’s everyday lives to scholarship. This includes embracing the lived experiences of people of color, ( Oh.. There it is.. “People of Color” are the code words for two things. Anti-White theory and proof that Race exists in reality.) including those preserved through storytelling, and rejecting deficit-informed research that excludes the epistemologies of people of color. (There it is again…. Proof of the racist nature of Critical Race Theory. The supporters and yellers of CRT who deny Race exists use race to support their so called anti-Racist position.) )
