It’s not necessary for a Supreme Court Justice to be super intelligent and the latest ruling about abortion proves that. They base their objections to abortion partly by saying there’s no right to abortion mentioned in the Constitution. NOTE! There are plenty of Rights that aren’t specifically mentioned but the Ninth Amendment includes them. “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” The Right To An Abortion is clearly a Right retained by women and women are part of “The People”. There’s no right to drive a car or use a gun but those Rights clearly exist even though they are not mentioned (enumerated) in the Constitution. In other words, the Rights of the People are not limited to just the Rights listed in the Constitution. The Right To An Abortion will continue to exist in reality even if it’s not approved by American law or by the U.S. Supreme Court. Actually, six rejected Abortion and three approved it so only three people actually cancelled the Right to an Abortion. three people. There are 330 million people living in America. Three out of 330 million is a ridiculously small number. The three are supposed to make correct decisions but in the case of Dobbs they didn’t.
