The boundary lines of the inner-city ghetto’s constantly shift as the ghetto expands as more people join the residents and decreases as gentrification happens. Why? Simple.. As more people become poor they move into the ghetto so it expands. As they become more self-sufficient they move to better housing in better neighborhoods. They move outta da hood.
