When will Putin and the Russian Military leave Ukraine? So far, there is no answer. Putin is driving further and further into Ukraine so even if he leaves immediately, he will not leave all of Ukraine. He already “seems” to have Crimea and Donbas. “Seems” in quotes because so many nations object to Putin and Russia’s presence there but so far nothing has been done to remove him. The betting is Putin will keep Crimea and Donbas… It’s not certain…. It’s not 100%. Russia does not own Crimea or Donbas… Ukraine does. International law favors Ukraine getting Crimea and Donbas but Ukraine may not want it.
