Not all people are dumb and not all criminals are smart. Unfortunately, most dumb criminals get caught, unfortunate for them but best for the rest of us. No culture needs criminals. Unfortunately for America there is a definite criminal class. They need to be caught, prosecuted and punished so they learn to live with the rest of us. Unfortunately, Liberals want them rewarded for their immoral, aberrant behavior.
