Trump would have to petition the courts to correct the election. If the election is not valid. If it’s proven that Biden didn’t win then Biden is not the legitimate president. Neither is Kamala the legitimate Vice President. If Biden is removed from office the Speaker of the house becomes president but if the election result was decided in error then the election must be held again. If the election is held again can Biden be a candidate? Certainly. But what if the election is shown to have been wrongly decided? What if it’s proven Trump won? Then Biden is not the president Trump is. If it’s proven Trump won, and the election now depends on the results of four states, then Trump is the winner. The appointment by the Electoral College would be shown to have been wrong. The correct result would require Trump be put back in the White House.
