The NBCMA, the Sewer Board, has been looking at this webbsite and downloading lots of pages. Of course they get information not available from other sources, especially about the poor economic return from Solar so no wonder they want to read everything I post.
The 14 visitors opened 265 files and downloaded 5,322 KBytes of good solid information. They know how to find truth. Their challenge is using it.

OTOH, why didn’t they figure out the poor economic return before they signed on the dotted line and committed $190,050.00 to a very bad economic deal? Don’t they know about a cash flow analysis?
Probably not. They need not worry about cash flow. That’s up to us citizens who have to foot the bill for their poor grasp of economics. It’s our cash that flows into their sewers.
