According to Charles Murray black Americans have the lowest IQ’s as a group compared to Latinos, Europeans and Asians. The difference is one SD. It’s in his latest book “Facing Reality” as well as in his earlier book “The Bell Curve”. Sure, there are many brilliant American black people although according to the statistics that’s not the way to bet.
People need to face the facts and the facts show Maxine Waters is not the smartest person in the room. Proof? She called for black Americans to “Push” against European Americans… That would be white people.
Maxine is voted into office by black Americans who are the great majority of people in California’s District #43, aka. “South Central”. 
During Waters’ recent trip to Brooklyn Hill, MN she told protesters to “stay in the streets” and “get more confrontational” depending on the outcome of the Chauvin trial. Joe Collins (R) who ran against Waters and who will run agains against her had already commented on Waters’ statements earlier in the week, saying, “Maxine should be ashamed of herself. Inciting violence in an already emotionally torn city.”
Collins also fired back at Maxine Waters on FOX and Friends on Monday morning, telling the show that Maxine is a “complete disgrace to the United States and South LA” and calling for her immediate removal from office.
