Groping is awful but may not be a crime. Certainly no woman or girl should be touched in any way that’s assaultive in nature. It appears Cuomo is the Harry Weinstein of government, going around touching and feeling females against their wishes. It’s an assault when it happens and just because it’s not reported doesn’t mean it didn’t happen or that it’s OK. But Cuomo needs to be prosecuted and innocent until proven guilty is the standard here. Until them, no resignation. After that? It depends. It depends on the crime and the punishment probably doesn’t require a resignation. A private assault is different than being charged by law enforcement. No report to the police, .. no crime.. No crime, no punishment.
