White racism not only doesn’t exist, it isn’t even legal. Let’s admit that most white people prefer white people just as brown and black people prefer brown and black people. That’s nature, No one decides the race of a newborn. The race is identified, not decided by other people. That’s part of the attributes of race but it’s not the creation of anyone. Since race preferences can be modified it proves there is nothing systemic or built in about one’s attitudes. Nothing built-in, .. nothing systemic hence no systemic racism. There is plenty of race-based behavior but nothing attributional about it. It’s a decision.. Decisions aren’t systemic.
