Rioting is based on Anger and Outrace… White people get outraged and angery too so the basis of white people rioting is the same as for black people.. Minneapolis witnessed the outright murder of a black man, Mr. Floyd George by three police officers who eacj knelt on him. pissed him to the ground and removed his ability to breathe.. Breathing is necessary for live so the three cops murdered him with callous and malicious indifference..
