Tom Wolf made a huge mistake ordering PA to shut down. He’s not a King!
The damage is increasing every da. All of the bans must be lifted immediately.
Closed restaurants and half-empty WalMarts are of no use to anyone.
Without the authority to order a business not to operate governor Wolf became a rogue operating against the rule of law. Governor Wolf is operating ultra vires, above the law.. We believe he is also operating outside established law when he orders businesses to close because of a whimisical idea that he knows about as informed by the bats in the back of his head. In his mind only he is allowed to decree when businesses are allowed to operate. In fact, Governor Wolf has promised to withhold funding from these counties. He is without those powers. That’s coersion. That’s blackmail.
PA should open up and recognize the citizens have the right to operate as free individuals unhindered by threats from governor Wolf. He believes, wrongly, that somehow he can keep people safe from disease by holding them under house arrest. Tha conclusion doesn’t not follow from the facts. The state cannot prevent people from disease so it is foolish to think it can.
It is not up to the governor to keep people safe from disease. Safety from disease is the responsibility of anyone who breathes free air and not the government.
Anyone who is infected has a legal case aginst the governor for witholding their freedom in a false attemopt to kep them from getting the disease they got.
