The Hill’s Editor-in-Chief Bob Cusack said Friday, the explosive 480 page Horowitz report from the Justice Department inspector general is a “game-changer” because of what the FBI did wrong in their FISA Applications in their operations against Trump campaign.The report was extremely critical of the FBI’s handling of the operation against Trum, particularly how the FBI mis-used the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) to apply for surveillance warrants.
