E Pluribus Unum is wrong. It should be E Pluribus Pluribus… From Many Comes Many. People breed as individuals, not as groups. People live among people like themselves, regardless of what the orders are. Different cultures cannot meld together. What can happen is breeding along the edges may create a fusion culture which will be insufficient to replace the two original cultures which will remain and be dominant in their separate spheres.
