Not much, maybe even nothing at all but there’s another answer. It’s the people at the botton who owe a lot to the people at the top for providing them with so much so often for so little. And the people who always pay for what they get are the ones who, because of welfare and all the stuff government gives free to those at the bottom that those at the top wind up paying too much for too little too often. What do those at the botton get for free that the one’s at the top are forced to pay for? Welfare. Medicare. Medicade. Childrens Health. WIC. Food Stamps. Public Housing. Schools. Head Start. Housing. Parks.
