Government must not get involved with commerce. Government must not tell people what to eat, what to drink, what to wear and it must never, necver, ever check out a buyer before a commercial transaction can take place. No!! If someone is prohibited from driving a car government cannot stop everyone from driving until government checks and approves that they are allowed to drive. It’s called “Prior Restraint” and it’s illegal as hell for government to act to retrain people, to stop them from acting before they do something.
