They’re called Phages… bacteriophages. Phages are abundant in the natural world, occurring in seawater, soil, and in humans. They are the natural enemy of bacteria and can help us to control dangerous pathogens. In their book: “The Perfect Predator” Steffanie Strathdee and her husband explained how these tiny “things” can attack and destroy bacteria acinetobactor baumannii in this case, that have become resistant to antibiotics.
