“..the entire Bucks County bench recused itself due to previous associations with the family.” Each American has a Right to a fair trial, by an impartial jury of our vicinage…. which means a Judge and a Jury of people who live and work in our area. Claire Risoldi could not get those simple things. She was tried by a judge from Chester County which is separated from her home in Bucks County by Montgomery county. Not only unfair and unjust, unconstitutional too. The county seat of West Chester is 50 miles away from Risoldi’s home.
The jury pool was poisoned against her by FAKE NEWS that was constantly printed in the Courier, the Intelligencer and the Burlington County Times.
