He has the same Right To Free Speech that you have which also means the Right To Keep Quiet and Not Say a Word. That’s in the First Amendment. The president also has the right to not incriminate himself. That’s in the Fifth Amendment. In addition he has the Right to Liberty itself which means he can stay silent is he decides that’s what he wants to do. 

He also has the right to reject a subpoena that’s illegal which means Congress can legislate but it’s legislation is not a law until it’s approved in the Senate and approved by the president. Otherwise it’s not a law and issuing a subpoena is a job for law enforcement, and enforcement is the business of the president, not Congress.
