Climb to the top then use a rope to get down the other side. Hope ICE doesn’t detect you before you can run off into the weeds.
An explosive is out of the question. ICE would detect it and send lots of people in a hurry.
The rope and ladder business in Mexico has been booming since Trump announced the wall. China is sending the instructions they used to build their wall. Berlin has a bit of ability and is being contacted to get their help.
Then there’s the tunnel. The movie Stalag 17 provides an example.
A new small helicopter that’s like a large drone could fly over the wall and back in a few seconds. A small aircraft like a Piper Cub could fly over the wall, land, get the passengers out and fly back and do it again and again. If the aircraft, helicopter or airplane flew just over the wall the whole thing wouldn’t take more than five or six minutes.
The preferred way is to follow the law and cross the border the right way. That’s also the simplest way.
