When Is Suicide Murder?

When someone drives someone else past their psychological breaking point.
Suicide usually comes from depression but it can come from outrage and as revenge. Euthanasia is a form of suicide but it’s done by someone else agreeing to end someone’s life for them. Suicide by proxy.
When someone in authority is so demented, so driven by inner demons that they purposely mistreat victims by exposing them to the punishment of the law, punishment to their victim and the families and friends of the target of the authorities that the target takes their own life, those authorities are guilty of murder.

This was prompted by the so called suicide of a heroic individual who was charged with felonies in an effort to induce others to confess. Not only didn’t the monstrous scheme fail to produce admissions of guilt, it caused the death of an innocent. It should not have happened. Law enforcement shich far and away, most of the time does the job as it’s supposed to be done. Salutes to those good people who do that but every so often, a monster uses the powers of government so egregiously that a target dies. It should be called murder but the authorities who don’t want to accept the blame rule “suicide”. Hah.
