Why Are Statues And Monuments Of White Americans Who Joined The Confederate War Effort To Leave The Union Under Attack? They’re Dead. Is It The Statues and Monuments Of White People Under Attack Because Of Their Skin Color??

Is the issue that the statues, monuments, city names, street names, etc  of the Confederates were white people?

Why not erect more statues of famous black people? What about other non-white people who showed courage under fire but fought on the losing side?  What about statues and monuments of world famous dictators and tyrants all the way back to pre-history? Like Julius Caesar? Josef Stalin? Mao? Why nor t ear down their statues? 

What about the Egyptians? They kept slaves. Romans? They did too. How about just destroy everything named after white people like Washington, DC. Changing the name to Jesse Jacksonton will mean Jacksonton will be forever remembered as the place that was Washington.
