By the time one becomes a seasoned citizen the taste buds need more flavor because they no longer work like they did decades ago. Pork is not full of flavor like some other meats. Here’s how to kick it up as Emeril would say.

Pour some chicken or beef stock into a frying pan.
Dice a 3 inch onion. Add it to the stock.
Cook until the stock is reduced to about half.
Add the chops.
Add some Worcestershire sauce.
Add some olive oil.
Add some balsamic vinegar.
Add some garlic powder or real garlic.
Heat until the chops are 145 degrees, the newest temperature for fully cooked pork.
