President Trump cannot ban people from immigrating even if they are enemies of America and Terrorists.

Tumlin said Immigrants have Rights in their home countries that must be protected by America even when the immigrants are not in America. Liberals would go crazy if a judge rules foreigners have a right to have a gun in their home country and the President must support that right outside America but they won’t object to a ban on Terrorists because they believe terrorists have a First Amendment Right To Terrorize.
The courts don’t have the power to enforce the Constitution outside America. The left knows the Constitution doesn’t apply outside America. That’s why the Left objected when President Bush sent prisoners to foreign countries to be tortured. But in the case of enemy combatants who want to kill Americans the Left supports their Rights to the American Constitution. Double standard? Or just willful ignorance? .
