October 18, 2026… Before the Eagles play the Dallas Cowboys they better get a better head coach. Even that may not help the hapless Eagles who lost to the Carolina Panthers today 25 – 14. It could have been worse but in their defense it was the Eagles second team that played today. The Eagles are pretty banged up. Jalen Hurts, while injured and not exactely in top form this year as opposing teams have learned to defend against him. The Eagles string of losses to the Bears, Rams, Jaguars and Panthers are mostly because so many first team players are injured and even though Siranni didn’t injure them it happened under his watch and the second team is so much worse than the first team. Injuries in football are often the result of chance and even though we like Nick Sirianni it may be time for him and others on the coaching staff to be replaced by winners.
