Well, …. No exactely at the same time since Cook is subject to the same biological laws as everyone else which means it’s impossible to be in two places at the same time although one could live at one address then move to another address until returing to the previous address then moving back to the other address. ….WHEW!.. Could Cook clain both residences as her home? Sure but she couldn’t physically do that. No one can. President Trump for example lives at the White House and Mar-A-Lago so he has two homes. Actually he has eight promary homes but he can only be in oneof them at a time. If he calimed he was living in two homes at the same time… which he legally could claim, he still could not be at more tahn one at a time. Regarding a legal residence one can legally reside in only one legal residence at a time so Cook would not be truthful if she calimed any different.
