Most people prefer to live and work among people who are like them. Nature made people different so it is constant with nature for the red squirrels to hang with the red squirrels and the grey squirrels to hang with the grey ones. Why is it different for people? Why do black and white people have to mix? The fact is they don’t mix well. Yes there are outliers who do just fine but the majority of people are just like squirrels. They hang with the ones that are most like them. Calling natural behavior is simply trying to force a different agenda on people who don’t need it; don’t wnat it and will not live with it.
