What good is a solar panel that cannot be used to light an electric light? No one needs light during the day when the sun provides light even on cloudy days but when the sun sets and electricity is neede to power our light bulbs solar panels are dead! Of course they can be used to power motors during the day but once the lights are needed they can’t work. A solar panel can be used to charge a battery during the day and the battery with an inverter can power electric lights at night but that’s not what solar panels can do. When the sun goes down the lights go out.
