French Toast (Banana’s Foster W/French Toast)
1 Inch Thick Slices of Brioche Bread or Thick Waffles or Thick Pancakes or Stale Cake
To: Half and Half with 4 eggs
Add Vanilla Extract
Add Cinnamon
Add ½ Cup (Brown?) Sugar
Lemon Extract
Orange Extract
Grated Orange Peel…. (+Banana Liquor and Rum?)
Soak bread in Half and Half mixture
Set Griddle to Medium
Slowely Cook the Bread in a pan. make Certain the Eggs in the Center are cooked because raw eggs can be dangerous.
Add Clarified Butter During Cooking
For Banana’s: Add Brown Sugar in another frying pan
Add Unsalted Butter
Add Cinnamon Sugar (+Banana Liquor and Rum?)
Cut Banana into Big chunks
Cook and put off to the side
Add Maple Syrup or Pineapple Juice to a small pot
Add Butter to the pot
In another frying pan toast Pecan or Walnut Half’s
Serve with Vanilla or Rum Raisin Ice Cream, Strawberry, Chocolate…..
