so it really doesn’t matter how many people made deals with the prosecution, Ghislaine was correctly convicted and sentenced. Of course it matters how the government, the prosecution gets a conviction and it has to be done with strict adherence to the law and the rules. If Ghislaine is correct that the government made illicit deals with many individuals to get her convicted then she needs to be tried again and again until the government gets it right but know this: Ghislaine is not denying her guilt. She knows what she did and what she did was wrong. If even one young girl was raped while under her care she’s guilty and the government needs to be beyond reproach in her conviction. The fact is there are woman who were raped and those rapes need Justice with a capitol “J”.
