A wonderful gun that seems to have been in the wrong hands or being carried into a place where no normal person would want to go let alone go there with a gun and 43 rounds of ammunition which is what Alex Pretti did. Even though Americans have the freedom to bear arms there are plenty of places where one should not want to do it. Walking up to armed federal agents is one such place. While I am not an attorney I believe Pretti would have been within the protection of the Second Amendment unless he drew the gun within the sight of the federal agents because that would have been plain stupid. Actually, even heading towards said agents while carrying a gun is moronic. In this case it was also fatal.
