If killing people is wrong then killing people who kill other people is wrong too. Capitol Punishment happens when the government kills someone for committing a crime. There is the argument that someone has to pay when a murderer is put in prison because building a prison and keeping people to staff it requires loads of money so keeping a murderer in prison actualy punishes the innocent who are forced to pay to keep a prisoner in prison.
