While it is anti-totalitarian it is written by a confirmed and committed Socialist. Animal Farm is not about private property which is the first requirement of Capitalism. It is full of “Group-Think” and as such it is neither pro-Capitalist or Pro-Individualism. As such is it not in favor of America. Remember: America was not founded as a Democracy but as a Republic, a group of Independent States run by or ruled by a group of Independent States.
